Anthem, located in the city of Henderson is one of Southern Nevada's most desirable areas to live.  Anthem is a master planned community and includes the neighborhoods of Anthem Country ClubSun City AnthemAnthem Highlands, Coventry at Anthem and Madeira Canyon. Located at the base of the beautiful Black Mountains, it's convenient to shopping and City life but feels as if it's a world away. It's known for the Anthem sign with waterfalls that greet you as you drive up Eastern into the community.

The most luxurious homes are found in Anthem Country Club. Sun City Anthem is one of the largest 55+ communities in town. Anthem Highlands is at the top of the community, backing up to the Sloan Conservation area. Homes in Anthem Highlands start with moderate prices. Larger, more luxurious semi-custom homes are found in the Club at Madeira Canyon and the Anthem Country Club. 

Sun City Anthem boasts two public 18 hole golf courses the Lexington and the Concord and one private golf course located in the Anthem Country Club.

A quaint extension of Anthem Hills Park is Harmony Park, which runs along a ravine. Though Harmony Park offers a modest playground and nine-hole disc golf course, its greatest amenity is nature. The serenity makes it ideal for an intimate picnic or quiet meditation.

Many of the schools serving Anthem are highly rated by GreatSchools for having test scores and academic progress above the state average. Frank S. Lamping Elementary and Del E. Webb Middle School both earn B-plus ratings from Niche. As a Governor Designated STEM school, Lamping is boosting student interest in science, engineering, technology and math. At its innovative William McCool Science Center, a space shuttle simulator allows students to solve challenging problems through actual space flight simulations. Coronado High School earns an A from Niche and a spot among the state's top schools. Students can study Spanish, French, Chinese or Japanese and have more than 60 extra-curricular clubs to choose from. The area also offers private school options for pre-kindergarten through high school.
